First visit was amazing. Gigi the nurse has a great knowledge about my ears. She has targeted her treatment and education to prevent future ear issues and infection in my ears. I was able to get a regular text reminder for regular visits which helps with my busy schedule.
My nurse Yvonne was very patient with me. After the assessment of my ears, she had explained to me that my sensation of blockage is due to my eustachian tube dysfunction. She was very helpful with providing me with information of options for treatment.
